As much as it would be great to quote an hourly rate for old & damaged photo reconstructions, it is not so easily done because digital photo editing can be laborious work, which requires special skills and a fair amount of time. Digital photo editing is not just a few quick clicks and strokes of the mouse. Many times the work has to be done on the pixel level.
