Special Trips

The Genealogy Assistant is able to travel for you to acquire more information or photos of your family history.  You can request that a trip be made on your behalf.

Special Trips that are planned will be posted on this website, and all clients will be notified of any planned visits.

Because these special trips can be expensive, you may want to request that costs be shared between you and others.

An estimate for a trip would be about $5,000 for expenses (Airline tickets, car rental, hotel, meals) plus the research time involved in your request. Every trip is different so exact costs will be determined for the particular need.
